WHEN WOMAN GATHER RETREAT – 2026

Astrology Led Women’s Circles and Ashtanga Yoga Weekend

June 11–14 · Tønsberg

A rare opportunity to immerse yourself in both yoga and astrology, and to experience what can unfold when women gather in a safe space for sharing, insight, and personal growth.

Over four days, you will take part in Ashtanga yoga, astrologically guided women’s circles, and personal natal chart readings—where each participant is seen, reflected, and held within the group.

The work is rooted in your natal chart, opening up a deeper understanding of who you are, what you carry with you, and what is beginning to unfold in your life.

Lea Perfetti will be traveling from the United States to guide this process together with Sylvia.

Limited number of spots available.

The intention behind this gathering

Sylvia has known Lea since 2014 and have done many astrology session with her over the years. Being in Woman Circle’s with Lea has brought back her longing for sisterhood and reminded the immense strength it gives to share and thereby heal with other women.

In her capacity of being the one receiving these experiences it has grown upon her a strong urge to share the opportunity with others. Welcome to When woman gather workshop.

It will be an honour to have Lea come all the way from US join us in Tønsberg.

Words from Lea

The intention

I believe more and more, as each year passes, that as we heal our connection to each other, we also heal everything we engage with. Women have always been the creators.

What are we creating now? Is it honest, is it sincere, what is it connected to? We have so many gifts that are being suppressed by the way we are living these days, that we are becoming increasingly sick. Even when we think we are doing everything right.

The vision

As an astrologer, reading and predicting hundreds of charts. I have also been a dedicated yogi for over 20 years. I have found that integrating our natal charts into the women´s circle creates absolute magic; opening a strong portal to deeper self-understanding.

Through our charts and the sisterhood developed in a trusting environment, we have a direct pathway to our inner essence. Throughout history, women were always drawn to different techniques that honoured our power as visionaries.

We have cast bones, thrown cards, read tea leaves, and looked to the stars for understanding, and made predictions related to love, health, births, children, environmental catastrophes, wars, etc. I will use the natal charts as a map to help us connect with our «seer inside.»

Every woman is born with this visionary ability. There is something absolutely incredible that happens when our visions emerge together. When women harmonise together, we have access to much deeper wisdom. As well as coming together to heal a cultural wound that says: You can’t trust other women. You can’t trust your femininity and you are not safe.” We can now reclaim the power of sisterhood and feel truly safe in our bodies.

What to expect

The weekend is structured as a continuous process, where Ashtanga yoga, astrology, and women’s circles are woven together.

Throughout the days, we move between Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga, pranayama, and guided meditation, and into astrology group readings and women’s circles—where each participant is seen and reflected within the group.

The work with natal charts is central. Lea reads each participant’s natal chart in the group, opening up the personal story held within it. Everyone will be read over the course of the weekend.

Each reading is guided by three questions:
Who am I?
What am I in the process of letting go of?
What is seeking to grow forward in my life?

After each reading, the group shares what resonates and what is recognized in their own experience. This is an important part of the process, where insight is deepened and the connection between participants becomes more defined.

Throughout the weekend, we also work with regulating and strengthening the nervous system through a combination of practice, breath, and presence.

Each session begins and ends with meditation, allowing what opens to settle in the body.

The weekend is primarily held in English, as Lea guides the work and the readings. Sylvia is present throughout the process and can support and translate when needed.

Outside of the structured work, there will be time for the fjord and the beach, for being in nature, for summer, and for informal moments together. Shared dinners and time spent outside the practice are a natural part of the experience.
